Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant/Sales

They are now looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Newcastle. The role will involve looking after existing clients, strengthening relationships with key schools, delivering the highest quality service and providing essential support. The role is ideal for someone looking to take their first step into recruitment or to consolidate their experience. There is also the opportunity to progress to your own desk and build your own client base in the future.

The ideal candidate must be able to drive and will possess a clean driving licence. It is also necessary to have some sales experience, a genuine desire to bring the highest quality customer service and a positive attitude. You must be able to deliver results on target and adhere to KPI.

Full training will be provided.

The benefits for the right person are:
•    A salary of around £15-16,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
