Education Recruitment Consultant
Based in Sheffield, our client is one of the leading Education Recruitment Consultancies in the region. Their aim is to supply outstanding levels of service and commitment to primary and secondary schools throughout the Sheffield area. Their purpose is to find teaching jobs for supply teachers, classroom assistants and nursery nurses. They work with primary, secondary and special schools, as well as private and state run nurseries. They also work in other areas across the country and the world.
Due to increased demand for their services they are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to fill an immediate vacancy in their Sheffield branch.
The role:
As one of their highly respected consultants you will be working directly with their clients (schools, nurseries local authorities etc.) and candidates (teachers, support-workers and nursery nurses). Your focus will be on delivering superb levels of customer service and developing and growing your business by maximising the number of filled positions both long term and day to day.
The requirements:
• At least 12 months experience as a recruitment consultant in any industry.
• Strong team players
• Target driven
• Have a passion for education
• You will have worked in a sales environment
• Be quality driven, professional
• Have exceptional communication skills and
• A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
It is important to note you do not need experience in education recruitment nor do you need to be degree educated. Our client is looking for developers with a focused attitude.

• The salary will be around £20,000 depending upon your experience.
