Education Recruitment Branch Manager

Would you like to bring your experience to a new role as a Branch Manager in Education Recruitment?

Our client is one of the leading nationwide Recruitment agencies, specialising in delivering the highest standard of service in the Education sector and developing relationships with local Teachers and schools.

They now have an opportunity for a Branch Manager in one of their established branches. Leading a team of experienced consultants your role will be to lead and motivate by example, develop and generate new business and to increase the branch's market share in the local and surrounding area. The branch is small, with a good level of profitability and is steadily growing from the hard work and effort it's consultants put in to the branch.

Our client would like to recruit a Branch Manager with previous experience within the Education recruitment industry to improve upon that performance. You will preferably have a proven track record in sales and will be passionate about delivering the highest level of leadership. This opportunity will suit the right person looking to join a stable branch brimming with potential.

The remuneration includes a salary of £28,000-30,000 per annum (depending upon experience), additional OTE, a car allowance and other executive benefits.
