Senior Education Recruitment Consultant

Based in Manchester, our client is recognised as one of the leading Education Recruitment Consultancies in the region, with a reputation which is envied by all their competitors. As part of a nationwide network they hold a premier position in the marketplace and are known for delivering outstanding levels of service to their clients.

Due to increased demand for their services they now have a rare and urgent opportunity for the right person in their Manchester branch. The role will involve the full recruitment life cycle and plenty of opportunities for you to benefit from working alongside one of the highest achieving teams in the region. The position has genuine promotional prospects for the career minded and those with a passion for sales.

The role will involve working with clients (schools, nurseries local authorities etc.) and candidates (teachers, support-workers and nursery nurses). Your focus will be on delivering superb levels of customer service and developing and growing the business by maximising the number of filled positions both long-term and day-to-day.

The requirements:

• At least 12 months experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant.
• A strong team player
• Target driven
• Have a passion for education
• Be quality driven and professional
• Have exceptional communication skills
• A track record of delivering outstanding customer service

The remuneration:

• The salary will be around £24-25,000 depending upon your experience.
• The OTE is around £35000 open ended.
• There will be other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
