Vocational Workshop Coordinator

ATOM Education is looking for a Vocational Workshop Coordinator to work with a group of Young Offenders at a site in North West Kent. The Vocational Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for providing effective management of teaching staff and oversee good practice delivery within this designated specialist field, including the health & safety of staff and trainees. You will have at least 1 years teaching experience in a mainstream school or college, with a recognised vocational qualification. Also an awareness of the education and training needs of under 18s in custody and the requirements of YJB Offender Learning Journey would be advantageous.
