Leading History Teacher

Inform Recruitment are hiring on behalf of an Islington school for an April 2010 start.

The school are looking for a Leading History teacher. The successful applicant will be required to lead the department in teaching History, be responsible for developing the History curriculum throughout the school, support the development of the Humanitites specialism within the school.

Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, with some post 16 experience being preferable. Additionally, applicants must have a full understanding of the curriculum, be a graduate in their specialist area, be a strong leader, and a good team player and communicator.
